FOR OTHER ITEMS OTHER THAN OUR ECOPHANTS UNDERWEAR: We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. We will process your returns within 5 business days of receipt by our warehouse and issue your refund using your original payment method. Just follow our steps to get your return started and your money (or credit) back.
Email us at [email protected] to receive an official return form. Print off the form that was sent to your email. Send originally packaging with product with your form.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT OUR DISCRETION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS IN TRANSIT BACK TO US. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND UTILIZING A RELIABLE MAIL SERVICE. PLEASE NOTE: PINKCHEEKY MAY REFUSE ANY RETURN IF IT DOES NOT MEET THESE GUIDELINES. SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is processed. Notifications and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped. Transit days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. UPS does not deliver on weekends unless arrangements are made via phone with customer service for a Saturday delivery.
